The previous post looked at how the data coming in is showing that in general, the all-cause mortality for 2020, particularly for the UK, since these statistics are available sooner than say South Africa.has not been indicative of a pandemic.
A group of over 1,500 global health professionals, “(including professors of medicine, intensive care physicians and infectious disease specialists) from different countries of Europe, Africa, America, Asia and Oceania” – United Health Care Professionals – sent a press release to the South African government on 4 February 2021, citing their August 26, 2020 message to the world, which they are calling on more health professionals to endorse.
They cite two prior examples of governments’ mishandling of situations involving alleged viral outbreaks and the use of vaccines. The first was the rollout of Sanofi’s Dengvaxia (dengue vaccine) in The Philippines, where, despite warnings from experts regarding the trial, ended with 500 children dying.

‘In order to promote their patented drugs and vaccines against flu, pharmaceutical companies have influenced scientists and official agencies, responsible for public health standards, to alarm governments worldwide. They have made them squander tight health care resources for inefficient vaccine strategies and needlessly exposed millions of healthy people to the risk of unknown side-effects of insufficiently tested vaccines’. He was totally right because, later, in Europe alone the vaccine made 1,500 victims of narcolepsy including 80% of children, so much so that on November 24, 2013, the Swedish Minister of Social Affairs, Göran Hägglund, said he was ready to publicly apologise to the victims of the swine flu vaccine.”
Dr Wolfgang Wodarg, Health Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Recommendations in “Faked Pandemics – a threat for health”
“The second example is the scandal of the H1N1 vaccine [2009 ‘swine flu’], which was bought by several countries despite alerts from Dr Wolfgang Wodarg, the chairman of the Health Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, who spoke up in a motion for a recommendation entitled, ‘Faked Pandemics – a threat for health’.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe raised their concerns in a 2010 report, which criticises the WHO-advised distorted and unjustified measures being implemented by public health services across Europe, which had involved squandering funds and unnecessary scaremongering. The report also expressed “grave shortcomings” in lieu of “the transparency of decision-making processes relating to the pandemic which have generated concerns about the possible influence of the pharmaceutical industry on some of the major decisions” and mentioned that “unregulated or secret lobbying may be a danger and can undermine democratic principles and good governance”.
Thus, it was recommended that public health authorities at international, European and national level, notably the WHO, “should exclude individuals from decision making, where there are conflicts of interest.”
The collective argues that the experts in countries that have been advising on the implementation of draconian measures during this alleged pandemic are either “ignorant or corrupted by the pharmaceutical industry.” They are also calling for “an international and independent investigation and that those responsible for this scam be tried.”
“This epidemic is amplified, dramatised and instrumentalised by criminals who take advantage of it to achieve economic, political and ideological goals and agendas that are harmful to humanity and we will prove this to you. You must stop this global scam quickly (because it is a serious danger to your people and your country in terms of: health, economy, education, ecology and human rights.”
German lawyers prepare to initiate a global class action lawsuit
According to Dr Sucharit Bhakdi, retired microbiologist, Emeritus Professor, founder of Doctors for Covid Ethics, and member of United Heath Professionals, who wrote in March 2020 (around the same time that he sent a letter to German Chancellor Angela Merkel cautioning against implementing unnecessary measures).“[G]rotesque, absurd and very dangerous measures […] horrible impact on the world economy […] self-destruction and collective suicide”.
The United Health Professionals also mention German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich’s 1 October, 2020 announcement “that an international network of lawyers will argue the biggest tort case ever”. They quote him as saying:
“The anti-corona measures have caused and continue to cause such devastating damage to the world’s population’s health and economy that the crimes committed by […] the WHO must be legally qualified as actual crimes against humanity as defined in section 7 of the international criminal code,” with the investigation leading to criminal prosecution and the suing for civil damages, focused on key individuals including Brice Aylward of the WHO and Neil Ferguson of Imperial College.

“We are writing this letter to request that a federal investigation be commenced and/or expedited regarding the scientific debate on major policy decisions during the COVID-19 crisis. In the course of our work, we have identified issues of a potentially criminal nature and believe this investigation necessary to ensure the interests of the public have been properly represented by those promoting certain pandemic policies.” The group point out that the handful of countries, including Sweden, Tanzania and Belarus, which resisted imposing the senseless and harmful measures, have not experienced “a massacre or the saturation of their hospital system.”

Among actions taken to date, they mention that there has been an open letter on 10 January 2021, as reported in UK’s The Sun, written by “lawyers, a member of Parliament, human rights activists and a former US Air Force general,” and sent to “the FBI and MI-5 along with security services in Canada, Germany and Australia.”
In fact, in the case of Belarus, quite the opposite is apparent: they cite a British Medical Journal (BMJ) article of 15 September 2020, titled: “COVID-19 : How does Belarus have one of the lowest death rates in Europe?”
The United Health Professionals also refer to two documentary films that expose the WHO as a “weakened structure subject to multiple conflicts of interests” (2016 Arte film in German, “The WHO in the clutches of lobbyists” and a 2017 film, “Trust Who”).

Among their recommendations is removing obligatory testing.
“The flu infects one billion people each year, far more than SARS-CoV-2, spreads faster and has more populations at risk than this coronavirus and yet no test is required for travel.”
“The charge of conspiracy theories is the response of those who have no arguments and a technique of mass manipulation because all what has been reported in this letter does not consist of theories but of truths and statements made by eminent experts including Nobel laureates for medicine. This letter will be kept as proof that your government has been alerted. Everything must return immediately to normal and this global hostage-taking must stop because you have known that you have been the victims of the biggest health scam of the 21st century. Please, don’t make the mistake of underestimating our letter or ignoring it.”

The press release also notes that on 30 December 2020, a French association created by lawyers, with close on 60,000 members, had issued a press release regarding their filing of a complaint based on the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna so-called “vaccines” as intentionally endangering the lives of people, among other issues. The United Health Professionals further explain that members of the European Parliament have “alerted the population because they are forbidden to consult the contracts signed with pharmaceutical laboratories. This opacity is a proof that there are compromising things they want to hide,” with one European Parliament member, Michèle Rivasi, even lodging a complaint.
The press release also includes information regarding the massive fines incurred by Pfizer (for “fraudulent commercial practices”), AstraZeneca (for “recommending unauthorised use of a drug”), Merck (“to resolve allegations of off-label marketing and false statements about the cardiovascular safety of a drug”) and Johnson & Johnson (“to resolve criminal and civil liability” regarding “promotion for uses not approved as safe and effective” of three drugs and “payment of kickbacks to physicians and to the nation’s largest long-term care pharmacy provider”).
Heterogenous views on COVID-19 disregarded by policymaker
There is also the Great Barrington Declaration – authored by Dr Sunetra Gupta, Dr Martin Kulldorff and Dr Jay Bhattacharya, from Harvard, Oxford and Stanford universities, respectively, where they put forward a recommendation for a less restrictive approach to reaching herd immunity, where protection is provided for the vulnerable while most of the population are allowed to carry on as normal. As of mid-April 2021, the declaration has been endorsed by over 42,000 medical practitioners, nearly 14,000 medical and public health scientists and over three quarters of a million citizens. They also have a video explaining their views.
Linked to this is a 13 October 2020 Business Day video interview where Michael Avery speaks to Kulldorff and prominent South Africans who support the declaration, Nick Hudson of PANDA and Magda Wierzycka, founder of Sygnia.
“The paucity of diverse scientific views used in COVID-19 policymaking and the proliferation of undemocratic, quasi-scientific, untested, and coercive government decrees […] are a raison d’être for popular resistance in various countries. They criticise policy makers for stating that the measures to deal with the virus are based on ‘science’ when clearly they are taking no heed of the many varied viewpoints there exist. Renowned SA scientist and Nobel prize winner Michael Levitt from Stanford University is also a vehement critic of the current hysterical and absolutist approaches […] [I]t is particularly revealing how policymakers and politicians, despite the abundance of heterogeneous scientific views, still justify their actions by habitually saying ‘we are guided by the science’, as if there were a single scientific view — some kind of absolute or holy truth.”

Then there is also the World Doctors Alliance, which has written an open letter that covers many similar points as the United Health Professionals. Thus far, over 83,000 doctors have signed that letter. They are constantly updating their website and here is a webinar featuring some of the members discussing epidemiology, issues with the vaccines, contextual information regarding SARS CoV-2 and safe, affordable and effective treatments.
